Restart the DubluCLIC.exe programme.If the problem persists, uninstall QuickTime Alternative and install the QuickTime Player version that you may download here. Reset the computer and restart the programme. Enjoy using it!

2. How can I find the diacritic marks to fill in the spelling book?

You must have Romanian installed on your computer. To change lanuages, press alt and shift form the left. The keys corresponding to Romanian characters are the following: [= ă, ] = î, ; = ş, ‚ = ţ, \ = â.

3. I have trouble with the software "Let's learn to color". It was successfully installed but when I start the application there appears a message box saying that the drawing application is missing and then it disappears. What is going on?

In order to use the software with Windows XP, after installing it, you must follow the next steps:

1. Look for the file "mspaint.exe" in your computer (by default it is found in c:\windows\sistem32\mspaint.exe)
2. Make a copy of this file and the file "Copy of mspaint.exe" is obtained
3. The copy thus obtained is renamed "pbrush.exe"

4. What is the minimum resolution necessary for running the software?

The minimum resolution is 800x600.

5. I bought the CD "Multimedia Books" and I have trouble with the sound. I can't hear the task because of the background sound. What can be done about it?

The background sound volume is adjustable. In order to turn the volume down, press the blue button under the loudspeaker. Repeat until you obtain the desired volume level. In order to turn the volume up, press the red button.

For Windows 98 go to START; CONTROL PANEL; REGIONAL SETTINGS then choose ENGLISH (UNITED STATES)
